  Ordering Problems
Q: I've added my selections to basket but when I go to checkout they are not there!
A: This is most likely because you have disabled cookies and/or javascript in your browser, This commonly happens if you have something like Norton internet security package installed and have the security level set too high. Cookies and javascript MUST be turned on as they are used to remember what you have added to basket.
It can also happen if your Web Browser is set for high security.

How to solve this problem:
Your cart's "session" information is stored in your web browser's cookies.
Therefore you need to be able to accept cookies to place an order. If you have your security level set to not accept cookies, you can manually add ftkonline.com to your "accept" list.
Here is how. (instructions for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox)

Internet Explorer
On the menu bar across the top click on
TOOLS, then INERNET OPTIONS
Then click the PRIVACY tab.
Towards the bottom you'll see an area labeled WEBSITES, click the EDIT button.
type in "bodeguita.com" and hit ALLOW.
Then hit EXIT to exit out of that small menu.
Your broswer will now be able to accept cookies from bodeguita.com.
Please close out of your browser completely and then try and place your order from scratch.



Mozilla Firefox
On the menu bar across the top click on
TOOLS, then OPTIONS
Then click the COOKIES area.
Click on EXCEPTIONS
Now enter "bodeguita.com" and hit ALLOW.
Then hit EXIT to exit out of that small menu.
Your broswer will now be able to accept cookies from bodeguita.com.
Please close out of your browser completely, and then try and place your order from scratch.

We hope this will fix the problem of the "empty cart"
If you have a moment please email us back and let us know if this did in fact fix the problem.
Your feedback will help us figure out a permanent fix for the problem.

A: Yes. Please send us a note if you want a product that is not listed. We will be glad to research and potentialy add to our store!
 


  Punto de Lealtad o Loyalty Points!
Q: Como funcionan los Puntos de Lealtad?
A: Muy facil! Cada vez que usted realiza una compra en Bodeguita, recibe un (1) punto por cada US$ de su compra! Por ejemplo, si su compra de se $100 (excluyendo envio, taxes, etc) recibe 100 puntos.

Ademas, usted puede recomendar Bodeguita a sus amigos o amigas. Si estos compran en la Bodeguita, usted recibe 50% de la order de su amigo en puntos. Por ejemplo, si usted recomienda Bodeguita a 10 personas y 5 de ellas compran en promedio $100 cada una, usted recibe 250 puntos! Asi de facil!

Vaya a la Seccion "Recomiende y Gane" en la parte superior de Bodeguita para recomendar a sus amigos.

Q: Que puedo hacer con los Puntos de Lealtad?
A: Cada punto que usted gana se va acumulando en Bodeguita, usted puede ver cuantos puntos tiene en la columna derecha parte superior:

Cada 15 puntos equivalen a US$1 al monento de su pago. Cuando este listo para pagar, seleccione: Points Pay with Bodeguita Reward Points! el sistema le indica cuantos puntos tiene acumulados, entre el maximo, el sistema resta solo el maximo necesario para su compra. Con los puntos no se puede pagar por los impuestos, gastos de manejo o el envio.

Para poder ver sus puntos, tiene que hacer "Login" al sistema.
 


  Payments
Q: What types of Payments do you accept?
A: We accept:
-Payment via Credit Card (via PayPal). No PayPal account needed
-Payment via a PayPal account
-Payment via US Money Order
-Payment via Bodeguita Gift Certificate
-Payment via Bodeguita Loyalty Points!
-We also accept Payment via 2CO (Credit Card partner)

Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Yes, currently we only accept PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account as PayPal supports Credit card payments. We will soon add Visa and Master card for people who do not like working with PayPal.

Q: Do you accept Money Orders?
A: Yes, we recently added Money Order payments to our shop. As soon as the Money Order arrives, we will ship your order. It has to be against a US Bank and in US$. Send Money Orders to: ESSA Systems Corp. (DBA Bodeguita) 6172 NW 88th Ave Parkland, FL 33067 USA

Q: Are all your prices in US $?
A: Yes, all our prices are in US dollars ($)
 


  Shipments
Q: Military destinations, How to?
A: Military Mail
Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with “APO” or “FPO,” and the state with “AA,” “AE,” or “AP,” and use a special ZIP Code.

We have added the special states AA, AE and AP for Military use.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: If we are shipping via UPS Ground, it will take between 3 and 8 days (depending where you are located) in the US relative to Florida. You can always track your shipment with the UPS tracking number as soon as the shipment is placed with UPS (http://www.ups.com)

Q: Once I place an order, when will it ship?
A: Orders placed during the work week, will typically ship the next working day. Sometimes, a small delay may occur. If the delay is longer than a few working days (3-5), we will send you an email informing you of this situation and asking for instructions. Orders placed during the weekend will typically ship the next working day.
Orders for Refrigerated products will ship in accordance with delivery schedules of the carriers in order to minimize delays in transit.
Due to potential Shipping delays, we only Ship Productos Refrigerados on certain days of the week. Also, we are not responsible for delays during shipment nor for missed arrival dates.

  Prices and Discounts
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes! For orders over $300 we offer a 10% discount. Additionally, you also save in shipment cost with larger orders. We can not discount the Harina PAN as we sell it almost at our cost.
 


  International Orders
Q: Do we ship Internationally?
A: Unfortunatedly, no. It becomes very expensive to send the products and the receiving country typically charges Import duties.

Q: Soporta Bodeguita ventas a revendedores o resellers?
A: Si. Si ud esta interesado en revender nuestros productos en su zona, por favor mandemos un email a admin@bodeguita.com y con gusto le creamos una cuenta de reseller (login) para que pueda hacer sus pedidos con los descuentos correspondientes.

  Terms and Conditions
Q: What is your Return or Order cancellation Policy?
A: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all orders are final, no returns are accepted. Once an order has shipped, no cancellations are allowed.
Why is this?
As most of our products are food products we cannot accept returns or cancellations.
This policy is clearly posted in our Terms and Conditions Section and is a condition for using our system and placing orders.
We will make our best efforts to deliver the best service possible!

That said, we do make our best effort to keep our customers happy. If you have any problems with your order, we typically either give you a refund (full or partial) or a Gift Certificate as a gesture of good will.

In cases when we give refunds, we will most likely not refund the Shipping cost.

Q: What can I do if my order gets damaged in-transit?
A: Any damage during shipment is the responsability of the carrier selected. We always specify the value of the order when preparing the shipment documents. If your order is damaged or lost during shipment and the carrier includes Insurance, you will have to work with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim. We will assit you in this process as applicable.
 


  Product Information
Q: Why is the product weight in your website different from the real weight
A: The weight we show in the Web site is the shipping weight not the actual net product weight. This is specially true for Productos Refrigerados as we have to add Gel Pack pouches to each shipment to keep them "cool".

Q: What can I do if the product I ordered has a past expiration date?
A: As all our products are imported by ship (boat) and go thru extended Security reviews etc. Sometimes a product you order ships to you already expired. This is a mistake from our part, if you receive a product that has expired, please use resonable caution and decide what you want to do. If you let us know, we can send you a new replacement, when available, or credit you the cost of the product.
 


  Product availability and Backorder situations
Q: Why do my orders take longer sometimes?
A: As you well know, all our products are Imported, ideally, we would have huge amounts in inventory but that is not practical, so, sometimes, due to importation delays, some products may be delayed. In these cases, we typically let you know or you can find out by sending us an emal at admin@bodeguita.com We will ship your backordered products at no extra cost once they become available. If you prefer not to wait, we can refund the unused portion of your payment or give you a Gift Certificate for that amount, just let us know.
